Don't be scared to remove walls.
Modern homebuyers are looking for open layouts
Chablis is located in a great location surrounded by large trees and across the street from the nrighborhood pool. The problem was the small kitchen and seperated rooms in the main living area. After the updates we received 7 offers after only 2 open houses.
I knew that if the kitchen was updated the home would have a much better chance of selling for a higher price. I also had a gut feeling that if we took the extra step and removed the wall between the kitchen and the dining room, the open layout would really appeal to modern home buyers.
The entire interior was updated. Updated Kitchen and bathrooms. New high end laminate floors, carpet, tile and fresh paint. We installed a sod in the front yard.

Pure white cabinates with a luxurious marble chevron backsplash. New high end appliances including counterdepth refridgerator and 6 burner gas range. The wall removal allowed us to add a large island for meal prep and sitting.Request Material and Cost Sheet
New tile on the floor and in the shower. The seamless free standing bathtub looked amazing and fit perfectly into the space where we removed the old inset bathrub. We saved money by painting the vanity instead of replacing it.Request Material and Cost Sheet
We used the same style in the hall bathroom as we did in the Master. Overall the style of the house was very uniform and flowed from room to room. The white subway tile with dark grout looks great and has a timeless style. Again, we saved money by painting the vanity. The new pendant lights created an interesting shadow.Request Material and Cost Sheet
We removed the wall between the kitchen and the dining area creating a much nicer layout and brighted the entire bottom floor.
